Student must have completed our Professional Methods Stained Glass.

Vase cap and wire are supplied – lamp base and all other project materials are to be purchased by the student.

This is one of my favorite classes - the WOW factor is enormous!  When you learn to build a panel lamp, you can enjoy the beauty of stained glass both day and night.  The first class is devoted to picking a pattern and learning which glass is best suited for a lamp.  Then we skip a week so that you have time to cut, fit, foil, and solder your pieces.  The second and third class will be used to construct the actual lamp.

Our instructors are serious about the stained glass arts.  They are up-to-date on the latest information and skills available.   Several times a year our main instructor, Rebecca Hite, takes classes from Masters around the country in order to bring you the best information from the Stained Glass Industry. 

NOTICE:  The majority of time spent in class is dedicated to lecture and learning.  You will be expected to spend time outside of class to complete the assignment before the next scheduled class.  You are encouraged to use the classroom to do your homework.
